The Clean Coasts programme works with communities to help protect and care for Ireland’s waterways, coastline, seas, ocean and marine life – The clean coasts observer program allows people to become citizen scientists in their own locality to help document and inform our national understanding of our marine biodiversity. In partnership with Explore your shore they are delivering events around the coastline including Galway and Co. Clare in the coming months where you can become a citizen scientist.
