M. Night Shyamalan in Galway

My name is Leo Snygans, and I am a mature student at the University of Galway. I worked on the famous film Watchers, which will be released on 6 June in cinemas as was done by M. Night Shyamalan and his daughter in the summer. I work through an extra agency called Celtic Casting, which brought me the opportunity in June where to work two days on the movie. A month ago, I was called back to work directly with the director for about two hours, which was a privilege. The good thing about doing extra work is making about a hundred euros today and meeting fantastic people. I’ve always been interested in acting. I started school at 47, so this is quite a new experience, starting my life again. What a great opportunity. It was so exciting to work with the director who made my favourite film, the 6th Sense, starring one of my favourite actresses, Toni Collette.
The famous director was captured by YouTuber Emplane Films, who shared the clip with YouTube and the Galway subreddit.

People were surprised to see the A-Lister, whose credits also include Old and Knock at the Cabin, in Galway — with one person pointing out that his daughter was there last year alongside Dakota to film.
The writer of the book The Watchers, A.M. Shine from Galway, also appeared on the last shooting day.
