This first gathering of this community takes place on Wed, 15 June 2022. This event invites all those all involved with public engagement, communication and education of science, technology, engineering, mathematics & the arts in the greater Galway area to an evening of discussion, networking & visioning for a new Galway STEAM Learning Community, with a view to providing transformational learning opportunities for people of all ages.

This is the first gathering of this community. It will involve a short introduction to the concept of a STEAM Learning Ecosystem, followed by a networking and idea generation session to share experiences, identify shared challenges, and to identify opportunities afforded by a local STEAM learning community. These will form the basis of a manifesto for the future direction of this network.
